Placing of order
By placing an order, the customer accepts the terms of service for delivery and payment of Model Car World GmbH.

The purchase contract is concluded with the dispatch of the goods.
Payment methods
PayPal
By selecting the payment method PayPal, you will be redirected to PayPal at the end of the order process. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in there with your user data and make the payment. Otherwise, you can log in as a guest or open a PayPal account.
Credit card
You can pay with Visa, MasterCard or American Express. After completing the order process, the credit card processing will start. Your data will be transmitted via a secure SSL connection. The goods will be sent to you within 2 working days of receipt of your order at the latest. If the credit card authorization has not been completed correctly, the order will be canceled.
Prepayment
The goods will be reserved for you at the time of your order. After receipt of payment, the goods will be dispatched by us. In the event of a shortfall in delivery, any overpayment will be refunded.

From now on we also offer the service of sofortueberweisung.de for prepayment. Here you can make the corresponding transfer directly with your online banking data and thus speed up the shipping process considerably.
Invoice
In cooperation with Klarna, we offer you purchase on account as a payment option. When paying with Klarna, you never have to enter your account details and you only pay once you have received the goods. With the Klarna invoice payment method, delivery to a delivery address other than the billing address is not possible. We ask for your understanding.
When purchasing on account with Klarna, you always receive the goods first and you always have a payment period of 14 days. Further information and Klarna's full terms and conditions for purchase on account can be found here.
Klarna checks and evaluates the consumer's data and exchanges data with other companies and credit agencies (credit check) if there is a legitimate reason to do so. If the consumer's creditworthiness is not guaranteed, Klarna AB may refuse Klarna's payment methods to the customer and must point out alternative payment options. Cash on delivery
In the case of cash on delivery, we charge an additional 6 euros cash on delivery fee. Payment is made by the customer to the letter carrier.
Direct debit (only for logged-in direct debit customers)
You enter your bank details (IBAN, BIC, name of bank) and we debit your bank account with the invoice amount. The goods will be sent to you within 2 working days of receipt of your order at the latest.
Please note that bank charges will be incurred if the direct debit is rejected by your bank. We will charge you a flat rate of 10,- Euro for these fees in case of rejection.
Amazon Pay
By selecting the payment method Amazon Pay, you will be redirected to Amazon for the payment process. If you are already an Amazon customer, you can log in with your user data and make the payment with the delivery address and payment method stored there - either by direct debit or by credit card. Otherwise you can open an Amazon account. You will then be redirected to our online store where you can complete the order process.
For orders from other countries, you can only pay by PayPal, credit card, Amazon Pay and prepayment.
Shipping costs
We charge a flat-rate shipping fee of €4.95 per delivery within Germany. From €199,- we deliver free of charge within Germany. For deliveries outside of Germany, we charge shipping costs depending on the destination country.Deliveries to other countries

Availability
We are constantly striving to deliver all ordered articles, however, we do not hold an obligation to delivery. Wrong delivery or delays in delivery do not qualify for compensation claims. Reservations for unavailable items cannot be accepted. Non-deliverable items are not made in arrears. Subsequent deliveries are not undertaken.
Retention of title
The delivered goods remain the property of Model Car World GmbH until full payment has been received.
Place of jurisdiction
The place of jurisdiction is Flörsheim am Main.
Delivery
Delivery shall be made to the delivery address specified by the customer.
Agreement to bear the costs
If you make use of your right of withdrawal, please enclose a copy of the original invoice and the declaration of withdrawal with your package. The purchase price will be refunded in the same way as your payment was made. Model Car World GmbH will bear the costs of the return shipment for orders placed in Germany. For orders placed outside Germany, the return costs are to be borne by you.
Returns
Return costs
For your returns within Germany, we will provide you with a free returns label. You can request this by e-mail or by telephone on 06145-54 56 0.
In what condition must I return my product?
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary to check their condition, properties and functionality.
This means that the reduction in value - which has resulted from handling the products beyond what is necessary to assess their condition, properties and functionality - will be deducted proportionately from your refund amount.
This reduction in value can be significant if you open the packaging and plastic bags in the packaging and/or do not return the entire product but only individual parts and you receive a lower refund in the event of withdrawal.
Can I always exercise my right of withdrawal?
You do not have a right of withdrawal for the following product types:
- Products that have been personalized for you or specially manufactured according to your wishes
- Sealed audio or video products or sealed computer software that you have opened upon receipt. This includes video games and DVDs.

Cancellation policy
Consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions:
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods. If several goods are ordered as part of a single order and these are delivered separately, the period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods. However, a single order does not already exist if you have ordered several goods at the same time. The individual products must be related to each other. If a product is delivered in several partial shipments or pieces, the withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us, Model Car World GmbH, Böttgerstraße 14, 65439 Flörsheim [Tel: 06145/35010, Fax: 06145/3501-119, E-Mail: [email protected]] of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory. You can also electronically complete and submit the sample withdrawal form or another clear declaration on our website www.Modelcarworld.de. If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you a confirmation of receipt of such a withdrawal (e.g. by e-mail).
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. Model Car World GmbH shall bear the costs of the return shipment for orders placed in Germany. For orders placed outside Germany, the return costs are to be borne by you. For the refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier. You must return or hand over the goods to Model Car World GmbH, Böttgerstraße 14, 65439 Flörsheim immediately and in any case within fourteen days at the latest from the day on which you sent your revocation to us.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functionality.
Revocation model
No specific wording needs to be adhered to when carrying out a revocation. The following sample is merely an example of how you can declare a withdrawal.
"I, (your name), hereby revoke the order of (invoice date).
The invoice number is: (the invoice number shown on the invoice)."

Data protection
The customer agrees to the storage of his data in an electronic customer file. This data will be deleted again at the customer's request. You can find more information here.
Invoicing
The invoice will be issued on the basis of the information provided with your order.
Should you subsequently wish to change the billing address or similar, a processing fee of 5 euros (plus VAT) will be charged.
Battery Ordinance
In connection with the sale of batteries and rechargeable batteries, we as a retailer are obliged under the Battery Ordinance to inform you as a consumer of the following:
You are legally obliged to return batteries and rechargeable batteries. You can return them after use to our sales outlet, to a municipal collection point or to your local retailer. Batteries containing harmful substances are marked with a symbol consisting of a crossed-out dustbin and the chemical symbol (Cd, Hg or Pb) of the heavy metal that is decisive for the classification as containing harmful substances.
Image material
The image material used by Model Car World GmbH on the Internet and in print products is legally protected and may not be used commercially or copied and published by private individuals. In the event of non-compliance, Model Car World GmbH will issue a cease-and-desist warning with costs. A compensation fee of 50 euros (plus VAT) will be charged for each unlawfully used image.
